A court from seven to eight gets booked by the member, at eleven at night, on their own phone. What's left on the line is exactly what a form can't take.
Someone wants to take up padel and asks about a lesson. That question is about level, times and which coach. No button settles it.
Eight colleagues, two courts side by side and somebody to show them how. Or a company tournament in the autumn. That caller wants a person, and there isn't always one at the desk.

Fenna won't invent a court that isn't there.
She knows your activities, your slot lengths and your courts, and she stays inside them. Padel at sixty minutes or at ninety: if the caller only says padel, she asks which instead of picking one herself. If an activity can't be played on a court, she won't offer that court for it. And when she isn't sure, she books nothing and takes a call-back note.
The app stays exactly where it is.
If your court bookings run through an app of your own, they keep running through it. Fenna doesn't go over the top of it. Callers who'd rather ring get a court down in her diary on name, activity and time. Whatever she takes lands on your dashboard straight away, and via Zapier you push it on to the tool you actually look at.

Our courts run through an app. What's left for Fenna?
You keep the app, because Fenna doesn't go over the top of it. She takes the calls that don't fit a booking form: lessons, corporate nights, tournaments and groups. How many of those your club gets, you know better than we do. Feel free to watch your phone for a week first.
Can Fenna double-book a court?
No. She only books time slots that are free, per court and per activity. If tennis isn't listed for a padel court, she won't offer that court for it. When she's unsure she books nothing and takes a call-back note.
We're a members' club run by volunteers. Does this work without a desk?
Yes. Fenna needs no front desk. She answers, handles what she can herself and passes the rest on as a note with the name, number and the question. It lands on the dashboard and in the mail straight away, so whoever is on duty doesn't have to guess who rang.
